"The room was spacious and clean but there were very few towels in the bathroom, and the bath gel was almost empty. I received a text from the hotel greeting me and asking me if i needed anything. I texted a request for the room to be freshened up and for additional towels/bath gel to be provided. When I returned to the room, additional towels and a bottle of bath gel were had been left on the table right at the entrance to the room; the housekeeper barely set foot inside. The bath gel bottle needed to be placed on a locked rack in the shower, but it was not. And the rest of the room remained untouched. I found this odd."
