"Great location. We could walk everywhere. Front desk employees when we checked in were great! Suite was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was the television. It wasn’t working and we reported it to the front desk but no one ever came up to fix it. Otherwise we would go back."

"Michelle at the bar Saturday night was the best! Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were hard to use as there were so many hockey kids there, with little supervison making it really hard to enjoy the hot tub (one of the reasons I Booked this hotel) The kids were screaming and swearing, blocking the hallways - making slightly uncomfortable to walk down the hallway. Other then that the hotel was amazing!"

"Rooms were spotless, valet parking was straightforward (you’ll park before you register at the hotel), staff was welcoming and courteous. Great location - easy walk to PNC Park — and to other areas downtown. Would definitely stay there again."
