「I stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding in Aspen. While cheaper than Aspen, if you are coming to visit Aspen, it’s worth spending the money for a better closer stay. It took 30min each way into Aspen. The property was very difficult to navigate when checking in. It’s a random assortment of villas, poorly labelled. It took me 1 hour from the time I got on site to check-in, find my room, and then get my luggage in. It was never said on the website, the room was up stairs and no elevator....

「We enjoyed the setting, location, and comfort of the condo. The Coral Tree (property managers) staff were great, responded immediately to a minor issue we had, and the overall experience was great. We are seniors who enjoy hiking and exploring areas like Snowmass and Aspen. Despite it being the “Shoulder Season” we delighted in the delightful setting, the quiet, and the access to hiking and all the amenities we needed.」

「Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.」

「Our stay was fantastic. Within walking distance of the gondola and shopping areas. The place itself was really clean and tidy and check in was easy enough.」

「Comfortable beds, convenient location, kitchen was well stocked , stain on sofa cushion, windows do not open which was a bummer. There was a door to deck, unfortunately there were workers smocking pot at times and odor would drift into unit」
