「Wonderful place, I'd stay again」

「The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality.」

「Apartment was perfect! The place was large, clean, excellent kitchen utensils. We appreciated the quick response from the host, Walter who came over a few minutes after we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher! He was in communication with us and helped us navigate to the our locations and train station. Large spaces and the AC was very nice!」

「The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. 「L'appartamento è in stile moderno, con tutto automatizzato. Mi ha colpito particolarmente, infatti, il processo automatico di check-in che ha reso molto semplice l'ingresso in struttura. Istruzioni perfette da parte del proprietario, e supporto costante per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente ;)」
