"Wonderful renovated bathroom <3 Very nice, welcoming owners - felt at home and well taken care of. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. Good location for hikes. We were very grateful that we could bring our two dogs with us."

"Nice place and worked well even if staff were on vacation (only staff was someone fixing breakfast). Positive was several parking places. Only negative was the narrow beads placed almost in the middle of the room (but if you don't move, you don't fall out of bed). "

"Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber, bis auf den Mülleimer. Bett, Möbel, Vorhänge und das Bad waren neu und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war nur kurz und freundlich. Wenn man von der Straße der Ausschilderung folgt und am falschen Ende der Hotelanlage ankommt, dann möchte man am liebsten wieder umkehren, da ist leider nicht einladend aussieht. Es fehlt eine eindeutig gute Ausschilderung. Ich hatte kein Frühstück, bewerte dies also auch nicht. "

"Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück im Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmer in sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Freizeitangebote (Tischtennis, Pool, etc. ) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Großteils okay. Leider lässt der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wegen eines Fehlers wurde uns der Hund doppelt berechnet. Um dies zu korrigieren mussten wir 6! mal die Rezeption aufsuchen. Ein (bei 5. mal) statt einer Rückzahlung angebotenes Abendessen hätten wir...

"I recently stayed at Hotel Adler in Rudolstadt and was impressed by its unbeatable location—right in the city center, just steps from the main square, the train station, and the stunning baroque Heidecksburg Castle. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building dating back to 1880, which adds a lot of character and charm to the experience. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the style of the period while still offering modern comfort. There is parking available, which is a great convenience if you’re traveling by car. One downside is that the rooms are not air-conditioned, which can be a bit uncomfortable in hot weather. However, given the age and style of the building, it’s understandable and didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. The staff is friendly, though they speak only German, which might be a bit challenging for non-German speakers. As for breakfast, it’s fairly basic—not outstanding, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Overall, Hotel Adler is a great choice if you’re looking to stay somewhere with character and a central location in Rudolstadt."
