Great trip overall. The rooms were perfect and the staff was outstanding friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only downside was that the resort felt crowded at times and there weren’t enough pool floats. Still a very enjoyable stay and we’d return.

There was no hot water for the showers during the 4 days and 3 nights that we stayed. There were a ton bugs in the room by the window. There was no extra bedding for the pull out couch. The pool was under construction and not usable. The sheets and blankets we had to use were worn out and had holes ...
