「The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. 」

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise from the hallway late at night. The sound wasn’t well insulated, which unfortunately woke us up. This is of course not the staff’s fault, but it was a pity that our sleep was disturbed.」

「Gorgeous hotel with helpful staff and beautiful amenities. Loved the spa area. It was off-season so the surrounding area was a bit quiet, but can see how this would be a lovely place in summer as there were lots of dining options and shops. The pool and private beach were great even on a cooler day, and I enjoyed walking along the beach strip each morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend to others. 」

The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. 「Very cute old fashioned hotel. Small but immaculately clean rooms, with small decent breakfast options and provides free parking on their premises, and also they provide you with tourist passes for Venice for the period of stay. There's a bus stop(Parmesan), only few minutes away, will take you to Venice (€3 round trip PP) NOTE: They lock the main entrance and gate to the parking after 10pm, so you'll have to buzz them to enter in(information should be given on arrival)」
