"The garden was a very peaceful place to chill out. The bed was comfortable & the rooms were very clean. There are two off street parking areas which are close to the rooms.
The shopping centre is a 2 minute walk to everything you may need."

"Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Very hot in room, and air conditioner not up to the job. Rooms close to road are noisy due to Launceston's abundance of motoring enthusiasts with noise enhanced cars. Opened window to try and cool room but of course it is then even noisier. I asked for a room further from the road but was told they were full. "
