"Excelente Hotel para experimentar as praias da Toscana. Staff competente e atencioso. Pequeno almoço completo. Bastantes cuidados relativos á pandemia. Acesso facil e confortavel á praia. Aspectos a melhorar: porquê tanta dificuldade no acesso á piscina exterior... que acabei por não usar se por exemplo na praia o acesso exclusivo a uma cadeira nossa apenas é apenas uma ilusao e inclusivamente os clientes ficam colocados demasiado proximos uns dos outros... Quarto pequeno. "

"Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"

"Struttura pulita e ben tenuta anche se un po' datata. Ristorazione e servizi da migliorare. Scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata "

"Nicht viel zu bemängeln! Das Personal ist TOP – freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, vom Reinigungspersonal über den Service bis hin zur Führung. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso die Aufenthaltsbereiche und der Floor. Die Betten sind super bequem! Das Frühstück war vielleicht etwas für unsere Verhältnisse, etwas monoton, aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Der Parkplatz steht jederzeit zur Verfügung! Der Strandbesuch mit den reservierten Liegen und Sonnenschirmen hat perfekt...
