「The room that was assigned smelled horrible and it went down from there it took several rooms to find one that didn't have me sick because of the smell from the original room # 200. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay especially because we were here to bury a love one.I will be contacting corporate office regarding this stay and disputing the charges that was put on my card.」

「Very clean location buffet can use more options but very nice staff and overall great stay.」

「Upon arrival we were assigned a room on the fourth floor after being told that the elevator was out of service. The pool was also out of service and items in the gym were also broken and/or missing.」

「Brand new property so very clean maintained. Very sparse on the decor but what is there is tasteful. Tv lost its signal at 1030 both nights we were there. Had a king size bed with only 3 pillows. But I’m nitpicking. It was a very nice motel and was priced great.」

「One of the umbrellas by the pool was being held up by a tree twig not even a metal pin to safely secure the umbrella. The restroom at the pool really need to be cleaned every hour and for as much as drinks and food cost at the resort they surely do have the finances to hire someone to clean them properly. The water in the tub drained really slowly and the mirrors in the restroom were not cleaning properly.」
