"Excellent customer service. Nice clean room that meets the need for a two night stay. Close to Lske Norris , many eating possibilities and not the price of a large chain. Recommend this motel highly."

"The owners were very polite. The only issue I had was that the listing online did not say anything about it being fully solar powered with no electricity. We left in the middle of the night the first night because there was no power at all."

Stayed at 4 different motels this past week this being among the top. Great breakfast to start the day. The cook was a very pleasant woman who took pride in her work, which she should be as she put out the best gravy out of all locations. She also took time to speak to everyone

Perfect for quick night’s stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient to LMU and Cumberland Gap Park. The continental breakfast was basic but good- I only eat light breakfast always. People were very nice.

Great front office people. Kind and cheerful made my experience a good one. The room itself was clean and well appointed.
All good. I would recommend a room in the back since some of the trucks driving on the road can get a little loud.

Various family members from different states met and stayed so we could honor a cousin who passed recently. We set up our memorial in the dining area and shared stories and photos and had a little luncheon we brought in. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you all so much. You helped make it possible for distant relatives to have closure in their hometown.

The whole hotel was almost immaculately clean except for a few stray french fries I found in our room when I had to move one of our beds to get my kitten out from inside the frame. They are pet friendly as of recently because they haven't updated yet but you can't really tell they haven't updated yet as the hotel is so well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Our bathroom door got stuck on the floor when opening and closing it but the shower...

This is a clean, simple, old school motel/lodge convenient to Harrogate, TN. The owner is great and you can tell he takes pride in his business and watches out for you. Just call him and ask any questions you have about the lodge, area, places to eat, roads where you'll be going, etc.
