「We had no idea how to check in. After walking around for almost 30 mins we finally found someone who stayed there and were told everything was online. I don’t understand why that information wasn’t emailed after booking . The amenities around was what made the hotel nice. But around 5am idk if there was construction but you can hear absolutely everything that was going on outside. No one could get any sleep after that. Car alarms were going off. 「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. 「We stayed here a few years ago to have a little staycation. We loved it and we had the kids with us and got the two bedroom and it was perfect. The pool was great. The game room was wonderful.
