"This was an exceptional property. Very clean and a nice interface between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We'd definitely return. My only complaint was that the front desk staff were sometimes a little dismissive and stand-offish. Having said that, I understand that they see hundreds of people everyday and I know some clients can be overly demanding and difficult! Overall great value for the money, just loved the pool and the hot tub, and of course, the sea!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

The beach was lovely and so close (across the road) compared to other hotel options in Calella, which was super convenient. The pool and restaurant were great too. It's somewhere to make your own fun from there - which was easy to do for us."
