It's close to the beach. However, the restaurant has a considerable queue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms has to be improved. A few employees are not amiable.

Hotel de 500 habitaciones...con piscina pequeña i no suficientes hamacas ,si encima dejan la toalla a alas 7 i no aparecen en hasta las 15 ...Una de la animadoras(rubia,tiene menos gracia que yo que ya es decir,decia que estaba mareada mientras se pintaba los labios...)colas para ir a las comidas o desayunos , cenas de 20 min, poca variedad , no hablemos de el parquing porque es imposible aparcar a no ser que pages 25 por dia mas la fianza Por contra las de la limpieza, la de los recepcionistas, los chicos de el restaurante i el resto de animacion muy amabales , habitacion que prácticamente ni se escucha el exterior.

La posizione è eccellente. Direttamente fronte spiaggia. Basta passare il tornello dell'hotel e sei in spiaggia. L'hotel è davvero enorme, le piscine sono molto belle , la piccola per i bambini è il top.purtoppo in Agosto c'è parecchia gente quindi i lettini in piscina alle 9 sono già tutti occupati. Stesso discorso vale per la colorazione e vena bisogna scendere presto altrimenti si fa la coda

The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. This resort, books, way too many people for what they have to offer for service. For starters, you cannot sit in any of the Deck chairs unless you wake up early before the breakfast opens and take turns with your group guarding the chairs. Otherwise people keep their stuff on them all day and you have to either stand in the pool or leave the grounds because the indoor spaces are not kept cool. For the price every guest should be guaranteed a comfortable place to spend time on the property each day they are there. Laundry services are advertised, but they are paid by item rather than guest use so be prepared to pay a minimum of five euro for one article of clothing. I suppose this is just a European thing but it’s almost impossible to avoid smoke which is a big problem if you are sensitive like I am. No place to fill your water and the up charge on all their beverages and food is outrageous. For example, a large bottle of water is four euro and a block away at the convenience store it’s one euro. The rooms are tiny and not very insulated. no coffee pot in the room. Difficult to move around if you have more than two people in a room as the beds take up most of the floor space. Guests are primarily families with small children so loud and a bit loud and chaotic. I would not stay here again

Front desk staff was very good, lots of issues like rooms not being cleaned until late afternoon, no mini bars after paying for them, and being told we can switch rooms our last day, but it really meaning to check out in the morning with no room access until the late afternoon and having to take luggage across hotel to store.

Ist veraltet Kellner können kaum Englisch verstehen dich nicht können nur das machen was auf Karte steht. Sauberkeit ist nicht gut Pool stinkt die Dusche wurde in einer Woche nicht einmal gereinigt die Teller in der Mensa müssen jedes mal überprüft werden da sind teilweise Essens Reste dran. Im Zimmer sind viele defekte oder sehr altes Inventar.

Het hotel was veels te vol. Teveel mensen op het strand, teveel mensen bij het zwembad. Over het ontbijt niet beginnen een rij van begin restaurant tot ergens eind hotel. Onnodig drukte. De kamer zijn daarnaast totaal niet geluid dicht. Je hoort al van ze zij en bovenburen. Ook de gang! Echt niet waard voor je geld

It is very noisy with live music coming from all around. Also during the day there is a staff member who sings live around the pool which is horrible to listen to when you are trying to relax by the water. They turn up the music during activities and sometimes leave the volume really high. People put towels on the sunbeds and claim them for hours while not using the sunbeds, so no one else can use them.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen mit großer Auswahl. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Beanstanden kann man nur etwas die Sauberkeit, sporadische Zimmerreinigung und die Sauberkeit der Tassen und Teller im Speisesaal. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden

Ottima posizione,da migliorare la pulizia nelle camera(soprattutto la biancheria), il personale del ristorante potrebbe essere un pochino più sorridente e purtroppo per noi italiani pochissima disponibilità a comprendere la nostra lingue ( eppure sono molto simili) almeno alla reception un po' di comprensione
