「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back! Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun. Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out 」

「I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. 」
