"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. "Avoid this property!!! Worst experience I ever had. To start with - property is very unclean, bed sheets are gross. I doubt they ever change the sheets and mattresses. I felt so bad that Inhad to leave the property and book another prooerty. Add to it the staff is rude and has no manners to talk to the customers Stay away from this property!!!"
