「I paid for second level room full in advance but when arrived in the property they gave me a room in main(resort) and when I mentioned that my room was in second they said no it’s in main .. so I guessed it’s fine. When checking out though, they charged me extra for the resort… why??」

「Beds super comfy , nice hot shower with thick fluffy towels . Wish we had taken advantage of the hot breakfast . Walked from Shaw shuttle to gorgeous downtown and both theatres …great location . Yvonne was so welcoming and Erlinda very accommodating and scrupulously honest regarding my payment . Thank you ! 」

Common areas plus communal kitchen stocked with great variety of tea plus coffee ready to brew in the morning. Five plus stars. 」
