「For the service highlight: The tall, thin man, who helped us with our luggage, always with big smiles on his face and greeted guests when they were back hotel. And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him! 「A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.」

Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! 」

「Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.」
