「The hotel was not bad but the female owner was not friendly to the family with a child. We were shocked when we checked out and the bill has been added an extra charge for our small kid though we didn't have the extra bed,and they didn't tell us in advance when we checked in . She even didn't explain anything until we found the price was not correct and she said everyhotel was different...though we never been treated like this time...And the quilt had a bad smell since wasnot washed for a long...

「The hotel is located in a quite small town close to Linderhof palace. It works well as a gateway to Zugspitze in the south and Neuschwanstein in the west. The room is big, clean and modern. The restaurant and the breakfast are excellent. Truly a hidden gem. 」

「提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡」
