「Very distrustful management. I stayed there one week, and booked for a second week after having a conveniently located stay. They wouldn’t let me in after requesting for a bank transfer for their deposit even though the stay was fully paid. My deposit payment was done through the platform they suggested and they wouldn’t let me in until the “pending” international transaction clear which could take up to two days. Such lack of humanity after having flown for 11 hours and have my suitcases there...

「O apartamento é aconchegante, limpo e com uma cama grande e extremamente confortável. Não tivemos problemas com água quente que era fundamental nos dias frios. Para uma família com criança vai acomodar bem tanto na cama de casal quanto no sofá. O sofá talvez não seja muito confortável para um adulto mas pode atender quem não for muito grande. 「La lavandería no está dentro del apartamento si no que es una lavandería compartida en el 10 piso, la lavadora claramente nunca ha tenido mantenimiento de limpieza e irónicamente ensució nuestra ropa. Además de que se tenía que comprar por aparte fichas (tokens) para poder usar la lavadora y secadora.
