「Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia 」

「Beach views were fantastic. The place is somewhat hard to fund as the number 4 is very small on the side of the building. The parking spot available was great. We were on the 4 floor but you enter up a flight of stairs outside so it's really 5, a bit difficult with suitcases. Once in though the location is fantastic to the train, restaurants and shopping. Not too far a walk to old town and the ferry. We liked our room, spacious and comfortable.」

「Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.」

「Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda con bagno grande e comodissimo, apprezzo il doccino alternativo al bidet. Comodo raggiungere il centro con l'autobus che ferma proprio sotto la struttura ma anche a piedi è una piacevole passeggiata. Parcheggio privato in cortile interno chiuso. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di utilizzare microonde, frigo e bollitore. Accoglienza cordiale e di massima disponibilità. 」

「住宿地點很不友善，需拖行李步行爬坡約20分鐘，停車場極不方便，飯店備品幾乎沒有，全程無接待人員，網站照片與實際落差大！建議毋須住宿在Manarola，改住宿在拉斯佩齊亞會更好，搭火車來回非常方便！」

「It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.」
