"The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels)."

"If you’re looking for a truly secluded escape, Jungle Beach delivers. Far from the more developed parts of or Uppavelli, it’s wonderfully private — just you, the jungle, and one of the most pristine beaches I’ve ever set foot on. The sand is very soft, the sunsets paint the sky in gorgeous paddle pop colours, and the early morning walks are magical and peaceful. Breakfasts were a highlight with the most wonderful fresh juice (try the wood apple & passion fruit!) and a full menu to order from....

"We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms are small but have everything you need to be comfortable and you are walking distance to the beach. The breakfast is lovely and so is the service and the AC in the room. We made friends on the patio and were comfortable throughout. "
