"This is my fourth time at Coco palm and I was very disappointed. There were several issues with my room. My safe wouldn't lock accurately my knob to the refrigerator door was loose and hanging my air condition would not work properly which they came to fix stated it was fixed only for not to be working. When I return to my room there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm. I was not impressed with Coco Palms time there needs to be some upgrades as well"

"The Body holiday was a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful. The ambience is calm and relaxing. You can be as active or inactive as you wish. There are abundant classes kicking of at 7am-6pm each day and something for everyone from beach workout, to yoga, spin, legs, bums and tums, tai chi the list goes on. Tennis, golf lessons are offered from beginner to advanced. Beach Volleyball ball, Aquafit, Beach Dance etc. Plenty of on the water activities: Kayak, SUP, Zodiacs all at no charge, water ski, tubing has a charge. The beach is beautiful, as it is set in a cove the water is always calm, plenty of fish around for snorkeling, floating platforms forms to swim out to and safe swimming area. The 50 mins complimentary spa sessions for each full day you are there are lovely and just long enough so you are not spending to much time there and not elsewhere soaking of the resort. The climb up and down the steps to the spa could be challenging to some as would rooms on the upper level. We had a 3rd level sea view and it was a bit of a hike but well worth it. The rooms are fairly basic but always clean and well stocked with towels. The beach was well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for shade. Regular refreshments, fruit kebabs and smoothie popsicles were brought around. The restaurants all offered delicious food. Tao was the hands down the best!"

"This place is our favourite place to stay in the Caribbean. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back. Food is great. Drinks are better. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very Kid friendly but also fairly quiet if you’re looking for a getaway without kids. We had one of, if not the best massage we’ve ever had at the spa. The mall, grocery store and multiple restaurants are all within a 10 min walk. The food is quite pricey but very good no matter where you go. The pool, bar, beach and snack bar are all within 100 meters of each other. HIGHLY recommend."

"My wife and I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff truly stood out, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was a bit mixed. The three included restaurants were just okay overall, but Hurricane Hole was our favorite and consistently delivered the best meals. The steakhouse, which comes at an additional cost, unfortunately did not meet expectations and felt below average for the price. One of the highlights was the Rum Cave experience. The tasting, including the food and rum, was outstanding. Karla made it even better with her energy and knowledge and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our stay. The shuttle to the beach was a great touch and the beach itself was absolutely standout. Peaceful, relaxing, crystal clear water, with free water sports and beverages included. The only real downside was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the docks at times, especially around dining areas, which took away from the experience. Overall, we had a great time driven by the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, standout beach, and a few memorable experiences. With improved food consistency and addressing the odor, this could easily be top tier."

"The breakfast was fresh but limited in my opinion. I arrived before check in and was given a room which I'm grateful but it was on the ground floor right next to the main entrance to the hotel. Not ideal at all. Between cats, frogs, and geckos outside my patio door all day "

"This place is amazing. Go to sleep listening to the sound of the sea lapping at the shore just yards away from your balcony. Home away from home location is excellent and the staff are even better."
