"The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear through the walls. The room fan or air conditioner is also noisy and makes a continuous sound throughout….. The location is terrible unless you plan to eat in the hotel and hang out at the park. It’s highly inconvenient and each walk out require you to walk around the AC hotel instead of a direct pathway either blocked off by construction or it’s never been consider. a more direct path - for this reason stay at AC would be better… when tired from walking? Every steps not needed counts…."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Immaculate hotel. Lovely staff, large selection on breakfast menu with hot food cooked to order. We received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, free mini fridge with fresh water and soft drinks topped up daily. We Aldi received a bottle of wine on our last night free of charge. Excellent location."

"The cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was faultless . Even though close to the station , the noise disruption was minimal . Breakfast is a basic continental style, but perfectly adequate. Restaurants nearby and plenty of shops on the street , but also the station is literally next door and has a very large selection of shops and places to eat . If using for a base , this place is ideal - travelled to Auschwitz, salt mines and Zakopane from there - train tickets are cheaper than Uk and trains are very efficient and spotless . If in Krakow again, I would use again for sure "
