「Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. 」

「While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train. Staff, restaurant,and bar are all wonderful.」

「Perfect base for exploring Krakow. Safe area, safe block. Fantastic 2 floor apartment. Spacious and everything you need. 10 min walk to main square. Coffee shops nearby and small supermarket at bottom of building. Would highly recommend if visiting this country!」

「Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning.」

「Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location.」
