「Gross, dirty, everything was in poor shape」

「This property is quite aged and needs to be revitalized. There was no no Continental breakfast provided. Doors were still locked at 8:00 a.m. 」

「This place is not as accurate as the photos listed. The building is old and run down from the outside. The stairs leading up to the second level have to be a safety concern and are falling apart. The room smelt like cigarettes and mold. It was decently clean and no bugs. You could tell they tried to remodel but likely have water issues due to the paint peeling off the walls and ceiling cracks. Seems like the tried to paint over the issues. Walls had stains. Furniture was new, bathroom looked...

「Housekeeping was very disappointing. I had to take dirty towels to the front desk area in order to exchange for clean. We had no housekeeping ….garbage was not removed after our first night’s stay, nor were dirty towels exchanged.」

「The property was fine, though older and a bit run down but I felt safe staying there for the night.」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.」

「The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!」
