「Absolutely terrible. Thank goodness we only stayed for 2 days. Stay started with being issued a room key to an already occupied room (awkward), then ended with a being told urgently to not drink the use the water- no shower no sink use, with no explanation.」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」
