Rooms were dark & dingy. The public transport was good. If you are arriving by car the local parking is a nightmare. Good location for old town & beach/port area.

The reception staff were very helpful. Could have done with a kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms. Very limited variety for breakfast and why was the tea making a jug of hot water?? Absolutely awful taste. Needs to be boiling water. The bedrooms were basic but very clean and rather dark.

Very comfortable hotel, easy access to centre by bus (15 mins) or foot (30 mins). Some nice cheap food nearby, 24-h pharmacy. Good wifi, good breakfast.

Parking is difficult but the area is fantastic, plenty to do and great restaurants. Great stop for the ferry to Ibeza. Nothing you can't find here in the area. Also great parks

The shower was very good and it was fairly clean but the facilities just not up to scratch. Two single beds on wheels, a Smart TV that you couldn’t get Netflix on and one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our door wasn’t particularly secure eitehr!

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was affordable and clean. Most importantly, however, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful: 1. We had forgotten to bring adapters for our chargers and it being 11pm we couldn’t buy any, but the lovely receptionist had some on hand which he let us borrow. 2. Our flight was very early in the morning but we had no issues at all with our check out at 3am!! Overall it was a peaceful and smooth stay, and we hope to stay here again :)

Modest hotel; staff helpful, cheerful, engaging

This hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room are all very friendly, helpful, cheerful and a credit to their hotel. The breakfast buffet is modest but perfectly enjoyable and maintained by enthusiastic ladies who are always smiling and chatting with customers. The reception staff are exceptionally pleasant and good humoured and made us feel very welcome. Very good value for money. The hotel is a little way out of the centre and about a 20 minute walk to Plaza de la Reina but there is a bus stop nearby and the beaches are easy to reach on the No 4 or 92.

Outstanding value

We were very happy with this hotel. It's in a pleasant, very safe part of the city, maybe 20-minute walk from the beautiful city centre, and a similar walk to the spectacular science and culture park. The beach is a bit further but still walkable, but public transport is a very good option. The room was a good size and exceptionally quiet. It had a fridge, which was great.The a/c was not the best. The breakfast was very good, and all the staff were excellent. We felt the hotel was outstanding value. Valencia is a fantastic city - highly recommended for a 3 or 4 day break.

This hotel does not have parking. You have to park on the street and the latest you can park is 9am. It is old and the air conditioning is noisy. It sounded like a washing machine was on all night. The TV was a small computer monitor. Not a hotel I would recommend.

Cheap stay, ok for one night.

Cheap stay, OK breakfast. Strange directions from Hotels.com regarding smoking, "smoking and no smoking". Asked front desk about this, they said no smoking in rooms but ok to smoke in the lobby. When we arrived there were staff (?) smoking behind the front desk the lobby. Later when smoking in the lobby for about 20 minutes, three guys (guests?) spoke with reception, and all of a sudden front desk staff said we had to go outside to continue smoking... Strange...

Het personeel is behulpzaam en altijd aardig. Kamer is klein, maar volstaat (hadden uitzicht op een binnenplaats, op andere huizen, maar lag niet aan de straatkant, dus heerlijk stil!) Schoonmaak is redelijk goed, maar spinnenrag aan plafond kan beter. Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid, persoonlijk mis ik een eitje. Hotel ligt centraal, binnen 10 min lopen in park, binnen 20 min lope op strand. Goede prijs - kwaliteit!!! Ik zou het weer boeken voor een bezoek aan Valencia.
