「Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. People meet around the dining table and discuss. (You can stay in your room as well if you wish). In any case, we enjoyed very much that communal spirit. Highly recommend.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the historic Palazzo San Demetrio (hotel location is on second floor) with a balcony overlooking the lively Via Etnea. Our high-ceilinged room was very comfortable, and the reception staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room overlooks the Piazza dei Quattro Canti at the corner of Via Etnea and Via Sangiuliano. The hotel location could hardly be more central. 「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「Great central location for most attractions. For train or bus stations, it takes about 15-20min walk. Luca (host) was easy to reach and gave us information around the area. Only thing to note: the accommodation is on 1st floor without lift, and fewer charging ports that others that we stayed in. But for us is no big deal. 」

Didn’t receive the advertised bottle of sparkling wine in room but there was water and a basket of snacks which the kids liked.」
