「The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. 「Spotless property, friendliest and most helpful staff, bedding was top notch and so comfy, located on the edge of the action where you can walk for hours and see the alleyways full of laughs, smiles, engaged discussions in large groups. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend all friends to stay here. Very close to Neptune Fountain which is in a very historical meeting location within the square. Relatively quiet location. 」

「nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying」
