"We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient. Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee."

"We had a lovely few days. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. It was great to have a balcony with a beautiful view of the seafront. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and on the terrace overlooking the sea. We loved staying at the hotel."
