We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Il Palmento Relais. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good each day. The area is nice and quiet just outside of Sorrento without the high prices. We will definitely be back. We also ate at the restaurant on two nights and both nights it was excellent. Guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant so it's definitely worth trying.

I did a week Birthday trip to the Amalfi coast and Sorrento was my first stop during my trip. Emilia was super helpful and made my stay very comfortable, easy and convenient. Check- in was quick and simple. She setup the Vespa rentals for me and my sister, got us booked on a private Boat day tour to Capri, and had our transportation set when we left to head to Amalfi. The location is convenient. Right down the hill from the hotel you can catch the bus to Sorrento which is only like a 5 minute ride to the center or you can walk to the train station which is only about a 10 minute walk but we mainly took the bus because it was closer and quicker honestly. Bus was only 1.50 euros per person and yes, you can pay the driver when you step on the bus and he will give you change if you have larger bills. Definitely will be staying here again if I’m back in Sorrento 10/10

I’d stay again!

This B&B type stay was amazing! At first, I discovered it wasn’t right in Sorrento (it looked closer on the map than it really is), but is 2 “towns” over, totally my fault, but then once I headed into Sorrento proper and it was sooo crowded, I was happy to be in a little quieter locale. The service was fantastic, from the proprietor herself to the morning breakfast person and the evening restaurant waitstaff. The place was spotless and cleaned every day. I didn’t realize I had a huge terrace off my room. There is no elevator, but Emilia was super helpful to carry one of my bags up. I’d def stay agai. If I came back.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly.

Lovely place to stay, it was a short drive from Sorrento so having a car for the stay was definitely necessary. Parking was free and made better by having a location, provided by the hotel to park in Sorrento town centre for free too. The accommodation was clean and well decorated.

We had a wonderful memorable stay. We stayed for 10 days and room was kept clean everyday. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly assisted, even went out of her way to contact someone at the airport since we had lost a cellphone which we eventually found back at the airport thankfully due to some honest people in Italy. The grounds are small but beautifully maintained and restaurant had delicious food. Only thing I’d say is if you want to take the bus to Positano or Amalfi, you are better off walking 15 minutes to train station a few stops to Sorrento where the first stop of buses heading there are and buy 2 way tickets, since fully packed buses won’t stop in the area of Piano di Sorrento and make sure to have internet access on your phone to use google maps.

This is a good, small family run hotel close to the centre of Piano di Sorrento with good train and bus connections to Sorrento and Naples/Pompeii nearby. It has clean rooms, comfy beds and a nice terrace with a continental breakfast. The road outside can be a little noisy with the windows open but there is air-con.

El lugar es muy bonito la atención es excelente Muy limpio el desayuno muy muy bueno Lo único es que para ir al centro de Sorrento es retirado Ojala pudieran implementar un Shuttle para ir al centro con horarios o un convenio con un auto que regrese a la gente del centro ya que el camión esta super lleno y los taxis muy caros Pero si llevas auto o moto excelente opción

Quiero manifestar mi insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en su establecimiento, realizada entre los días 6 de julio 2025 y 9 de julio 2025, en el hotel II Palmento Relais. Desde el inicio de mi visita se presentaron diversos inconvenientes que afectaron significativamente mi confort y bienestar. Entre los problemas más relevantes se encuentran: No se encuentra el personal para recibirte a tu llegada y poder hacer tu check in , como en cualquier otro hotel.ademas de no contar con elevador y tener que subir nuestras propias maletas, ya que no tienen personal que te ayude, siendo varias las escaleras, pésimo trato. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba adecuadamente, hacia mucho ruido. Para ir a Sorrento,requieres taxi y no es tan fácil conseguir, Emilia solo te pasa el contacto de una persona y ya tu tendrás que ver si lo consigues o no, en nuestro caso tuvimos que caminar para bajar a Sorrento y veníamos con mi mama de 75 años. El servicio de atención al cliente fue poco cordial y no ofreció soluciones efectivas. Se me prometió un servicio con vista al jardín con el cual no cuenta el hotel. Considero que estos hechos no se corresponden con el nivel de calidad y servicio que ustedes promocionan ni con lo que se espera al pagar por una estadía en su establecimiento. Esta situación no solo me generó incomodidad, sino que también arruinó parte de mi viaje. Jamás me volvería a hospedar ahí. Sin otro particular, les saludos Lorena Turati

Incrível experiência. A começar pelo atendimento extremamente simpático da Emilia e da Maria, ambas sempre muito gentis e merecem todo o reconhecimento pelo ótimo trabalho. O quarto que ficamos foi o roxo, bom tamanho, cama confortável, banheiro que também atendeu o proposto. Café da manhã simples, mas sempre preparado com muito zelo e cuidado. Por fim, tem um restaurante junto ao hotel que também é preciso destacar, comida sensacional. Em conclusão, uma das melhores hospedagens que ficamos em nossa viagem pela Itália.
