"DO NOT BOOK!! Got told the night before checkin that they’re not able to process our booking, even though it was already paid for. Our booking was moved to another apartment but in another district, more inconvenient for what we needed to do in Ho Chi Minh. We were only told after getting in our room that our 3 bedroom apartment was not yet available, but had to stay in 2 separate apartments instead, so our family was split up on different floors.
