「Christine's super responsive and nice, but she needs to be more careful when answering guest check-in questions so what happened to me doesn't happen again.」

「This place is beautiful the grounds are amazing the pool is amazing and was a great host would recommend it to anyone couldn’t say a bad word about it stayed aug 26」

「Remember to stay in contact with your host at least 24 hours in advance other than that you should have a great time staying and then Vihomes Grand Park」

「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「The place is a scam. It was not as advertised. It was unsanitary. I contacted hotels.com as soon as I arrived to see about a refund. Do not stay at this location. Run away as far as possible!!!」

「The steps in duplex room are very steep and no hand rail the ceiling in bedroom was very low, you cannot stand up. Tidy enough but ants in room. Area ok very quiet and walkable to restaurants and bars on riverfront, the shop we found was 15 min walk. Fine for a quiet start after long haul flight but would advise go for a larger room. Staff friendly and helpful.」

「We booked this because we needed somewhere to stay over Christmas to relax and settle for a few weeks. Mistake. 1. The room we booked was not what we got. We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked. When I mentioned this to the agent (via translator) she said that they have no control over what images are shown. That’s factually untrue and just a cop...

「Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night」

「Firstly, the location of the property is very good. It’s far enough from the busy city to be quiet and peaceful, but easy to navigate as there are plenty of buses to move around with. The property keeper is best communicated with on Whatssapp. They were very helpful when I requested a second key and the check in process was relatively easy. Plenty of directions were left for use of the facility and appliances. My recommendations: be sure to bring travel adapters and extension cords. Be sure...
