My stay was wonderful. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop wit beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and the location is quiet but near some great restaurants and gyms. I was able to pretty much walk everywhere but if you are comfortable renting a scooter I would recommend that you do. The staff were incredible, They were so friendly and helpful. They constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok, gave tips on the area and provided help in everyday! Cannot recommend enough.

Decent budget hotel

Nice hotel, had an issue with the electricity as it would cut out from time to time, then I’d have to take card out and put back in.... won’t stop me from staying here again

Das Betreiber-Ehepaar ist sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, daher nur mit Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Motorrad kann gemietet werden. Öffentlicher Busverkehr sehr sporadisch. Mit Taxi zum Strand von Rawai (kein Sandstrand zum Baden) und Sandstrand von Noi Harn (sehr gut) ca. 10 Min. kosten ca, 150 bis 250 Baht. Hotel hat kein Restaurant oder Bar. Ruhig, da in kleiner Seitenstrasse gelegen.

Experience was good. The room was very clean and new, while the bathroom was quite acceptable although small. Manager and his wife were very helpful in arranging taxi services around the island and to and from the airport at reasonable price. They both spoke good English. If I return to that part of Phuket, I would definitely stay there again. Room price was very reasonable

Would recommend and good value

Not the best location but we had a car so no problem and free off street parking. Very new and a bit bare! Staff v accommodating and helpful though. Nothing was a problem. Wifi didn't work but hey ho! Best part was the secret 5th floor roof terrace (which will be amazing when finished!) - great views over area and a good place to grab a chair and BYO beer! Would recommend this place as it finds its feet...

Nice People, Clean Stay.

This place is newly renovated, clean, and the people are polite. BUT it's a bit in the middle of nowhere, however there is one or two restaurants walking distance. I would suggest only staying here if you have a means for transportation and don't need consistent wifi. The internet is very inconsistent, so may not be best for business travellers. But nice people, clean stay, and booked at a pretty good price.

Good hotel

Hotel is brand new now. First we were given a room number 206, but there was only a bed in the room. They gave us a bin and some hangers. But the bed in this room was very very hard so we changed to room 303. It was smaller but more cozy and!!! Not on the sunny side like 206. Also we saw room 301 and it was big and very nice. Our room 303 had TV, one chair, hangers and bin. And a bed:) that's all. We were a little upset that they haven't got refrigerators and kettles in rooms. So you can't make breakfast etc. Bed was very very comfortable. Small balcony in the room. Shower is ok but very weak. First time we had a problem with water on the floor, it didn't go away. But they fixed it a little. Also we had problems with wi-fi, had to ask them to reset it almost every day. On the rooftop there is a beautiful terrace. If you live on the 4 floor be ready that there is no elevator. They don't have breakfast. Cleaning woman came very early around 9am. So if you sleep - no cleaning this day. Sometimes there was no cleaning in our room for 3 days, we had to ask for it. Location is perfect - quite street. You need a bike to go everywhere. 10 min to the beach by bike (best beach on the island - Nai Harn). 5 min to the main street of Nai Harn where all cafe and shops are situated. So you are near the beach but much more cheaper than hotels on Nai Harn main street. 10 min by bike to Rawai Pier.

Great value for money.

Kvalitet for pengene. Hent nyt hotel med gode værelser. Efter anmodning installerede de et køleskab på værelset. En af medarbejderne var rigtig flink og havde en bil så man kunne arrangere ture med ham. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse med en rigtig god komfort. Dog er der ikke nogen elevator.
