We loved out stay! We had a room, 2215, in the blue building and found it to be clean and confortable. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were fab, varied and plentiful. We had such a great stay. We booked the thai cooking class offered at the hotel and would highly recommend. It was a highlight! Very sad to leave as the hotel provided such a calm environment! Thank you

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. On first impression, the rooms looked great—they’ve been nicely updated. We booked two pool walkout rooms since we were traveling with a larger group, and having direct access to the pool was definitely a nice feature. Unfortunately, both of our bathrooms had a strong sewage smell every single time they were used. It didn’t matter if someone had just flushed the toilet or even taken a shower the sewage odor would immediately fill the bathroom. I’m not sure if this was an issue specific to our rooms or something that affects the ground-floor pool walkout rooms, but it was unpleasant enough to impact our stay. The pool itself was very nice and well maintained, and the breakfast was okay with enough options to start the day. Overall, our stay was fine for a couple of nights, but because of the persistent bathroom odor, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The whole experience was awesome . Location, Location,Location!! 5 minutes walk to Kata Beach, shop's and restaurants all within walking distance. The room was beautiful and spotless, the pools ( there's 3) were kept super clean. The food was delicious! But most importantly was the staff!! I have never seen as many smiles as i did at The Kata Palm Resort and helpful beyond words. 100% recommend staying here.

The check-in/out was quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights and really appreciated the direct pool access our room had. The breakfast was average. The property is within a short walk to restaurants, shopping, beach….etc. We had a nice time at the Kata Palm and would stay here again.

as far as accommodations in Kata Beach, it is a great value. it's only a short walk to the beach and it has plenty of parking which parking is hard to find in Kata. 15 minute taxi ride to Patong Beach. very family friendly and not crowded like Patong Beach. definitely better for families.
