The lift was out of service and had apparently been out of service for sometime. Bit of a hike to the beach. Food and staff were great.

The view from the room was very nice. There are ALOT of stairs at this place. Even with the lift working, you have to climb stairs to get to the lift and then for the higher rooms you have to climb more stairs after the lift gets to the top. It is not for the faint of heart. Room is somewhat comfortable, but dated. Bed was very hard, however the room i am currently in is hard too, so maybe that is a Thai thing. Dining and pool area were nice. Hotel is just OK, nothing special other than the view.

Lots of stairs, so not ideal for elderly or less mobile people. Brilliant swimming pool. Great staff, very helpful. This is the second time i have stayed and will stay here again. Was a little disappointed that they only do the buffet breakfast during peak season. Would be great if they could get the lift working again instead of using Golf carts. Over all a very good resort that i will use again. 4 out of 5.

Nice quiet property with nice views and pool, but not convenient. Pretty far from everything, need to rely on a shuttle to get to your room as the property sits on a steep hillside, the shuttle doesn't run if it's raining and need to walk up a tone of stairs

Awful location and service

Service was terrible. Rude manager. We requested a room with king bed but upon arrival she told us they do not have any rooms (the type we booked) with king bed and that hotels.com is to blame for this misinformation, when in reality they input the information. Location is terrible, 15 minute down hill walk (then uphill back) to get anywhere. Beach far, and cart from hotel only every hour and must schedule pickip (which they were late for).

Helt okej ställe för ett par dagar

Helt okej boende till ett rimligt pris. Hotellet ligger högst upp på en kulle så förbered dig på många trappor och en 15 min promenad från Karon. Hotellet erbjuder en shuttle buss en gång i timmen mellan kl 08.00-17.00. Okej pool med fin utsikt. Däremot var den alltid fullsmockad och svårt att få en solstol. Men det gäller att komma i tid. Frukosten var medelmåttig. Vi köpte till den en dag för jag tror 350 bath per person. Det fanns mestadels rätter med kyckling i ex: Fried rice med kyckling, nudlar med kyckling. Hade vart kul med ett vegetariskt alternativ. Det fanns även en omelett-station och bra utbud av frukt. Renlighet av rum. Bra städning - förutom att spegeln aldrig blev putsad och det var gammal tandkräm från tidigare gäster. Plus fönster var riktigt fulla av fingeravtryck.

Steinhard seng. Fikk ikke kingsize seng men to singel senger. Aircondition kan ikke være på når du ikke er på rommet. Så når du kommer hjem er det 40 grader inne på rommet. Det tar LANG tid å bli kaldt. Kunne trengt en oppussing. Bassenget var nice men helt syke priser i pool baren i forhold til andre hotell vi har vært på i omerådet. God frokost

Il resort è veramente bello, le camere sono ampie e pulite. La piscina è a sfioro e ti permette di vedere un bel tramonto. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponile. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Phuket.

Trevligt bemötande med välkomstdrink vid incheckning. Bra frukost. Trevlig poolbar. Poolen är väl i behov av att renoveras men utsikten är oslagbar. Ligger högt upp, så en liten väg att gå från restaurang och strand. Men inga problem för en frisk person. Vi fick även låna strandhanddukar fast vi hade checkat ut.

Toller Ausblick und coole Lage oben am Hang

Die Aussicht ist prima, der Pool ideal für Sonnenuntergang Fotos und die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam. Einzig das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart und die Kissen etwas zu dick. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da es viele Treppen gibt.

Hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. God frokost. Godt brød. Bassengområdet var for lite. Fikk ikke alltid plass og måtte gå derfra. Hotellet ligger i en fjellside og passer nok best for yngre gjester. Mange bakker og trapper. Hadde el- biler som kunne kjøre deg opp og ned.
