We stayed here for 7 days and they ruin the whole freshness and relaxation by blaming us that we broke their sliding glass door and made us to pay them 3000 Bhat when we went to check out. We are adults and no children with us we don’t drink or do drugs and are in our senses 24/7. They charged us for the lost key card 300 bhat that none of the hotels do. At night twice somebody unlocked our door and when we complained no one took any notice. It’s a SCAM hotel! Stay in a hotel where you feel safe guys not in a place that is full of scams!

This is the only Resort and Spa I stay at, I've been stayinh here for 7yeats. 3-4 times a year. The staff are amazing and the property is exceptional 👌 Highly recommend it to all Also very kid friendly 👌 👏 👍

The worst check in I ever had, I don’t know what was they thinking !! They need to change the reception staff or train them, great rooms great views and great location but not the reception staff !!

Baan Laimai april -23

Hela hotellet ger en känsla av hög kvalitet och bra personal. Mycket snyggt och fint rum. Utsikten skulle vid beställningen vara ut mot trädgården det var tom med bild på det, men detta rum hade utsikt mot en utvändig trappa som de gående kan se in genom fönstret rätt in i sängen om det inte är fördraget, samt att det lilla man såg av utsikten för övrigt var ett smutsigt hus. Så boka inte rum 6201, 6301, 6401 eller 6501. Vi har bott på detta hotell tidigare för att det är så bra.

good location. close to Patong Street. that being said I would not recommend this area of thailand for family with teenagers travelling. Unfortunately lots of sex tourist were all around including that hotel even though they warned you at check in that if you bring any guess … you would be charge extra… we thought it was an awkward thing to say … as i was travelling with my husband… but looking around the pool made sense … lots of local lady “guess” end out at this hotel . not blaming anyone just saying. breakfast is amazing!! the beach across the street is gorgeous. pick room on the pool … the beach view can be noisy at night …. we enjoyed our stay .

Nettes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Im Bad habe ich Ablageflächen vermisst. Der große Pool ist schön gestaltet, relativ flach mit größtenteils nur 90 cm. Erfreulicherweise gab es auch eine Poolbar. Das Frühstück entsprach einem guten Standard. Abends kann man im hoteleigenen Restaurant bei Livemusik und leckeren Cocktails schön draußen sitzen. Da das Hotel an der Beachfront liegt, kann man sich gut zu Fuß fortbewegen, was gerade abends von Vorteil ist. Allerdings ist es dafür abends auch recht laut. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde außerdem an der einen Hotelseite gebaut, was sich am Pool durch Flex- und Klopfgeräusche bemerkbar gemacht hat. Insgesamt dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

I liked that it was cheaper than Expedia when we extended it. They charged us 100 bhat for a missing teaspoon. Very petty. Considering we spent almost $6000 in 7 days including lodging and food and drinks
