The place is not very big, but it is in a nice location, walking distance to the old town, and many restaurants, spa etc. It’s also very inexpensive and clean. The breakfast (which is included) is very good. The family that runs the homestay are very friendly and attentive to our needs. They always check with us if we need anything. We’ll definitely stay there again.」

The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.」

「飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！」

「The boss of homestay is warmhearted and helping. They exchanged money, order all kinds of tickets and gave good suggestions. Plus, we left our passports in our room after check out, they delivered them from Hoi An to Da Nang free of charge.」

「What a great hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. Twin room was a little small for 2 people but we were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't effect us. We had the corner room which had a nice large balcony, which was great. The hotel is directly out front of the night market and a 2 minute walk to the main old town strip next to the river. Staff were also very friendly and arranged transport to and from Da Nang for a reasonable fee. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying...
