Every is great. Our villa view is private and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the free massages :) The restaurant is underwhelming though and the booking was a bit inconvenience as it was very vague on the total number of people. We ended up have to pay for the kids

All staff are very friendly and helpful! This resort is very close to the beach (it's within 3 minutes by walking from our room) which is excellent! You need to take a Taxi at the front of the hotel if you want to go anywhere. Some Theme Parks and the Safari are within 15-minutes drive from this hotel. This hotel is in the North of the island, if you want to go the the South of the island it will take you at least 45-minute drive to get there. The fare of Taxi is NOT cheap!

The staff, the villa, the beach were fantastic. Sadly the villa pool tiles & grout were very discoloured and garden dry and brown or bare in places though. But we did not pay full price though so ok. When we booked in October there seemed to be a choice of food options and prices. Now one menu, with similar price for everything. Spa treatments ok but difficult to ask questions and some not particularly therapeutic.

Exceptional Stay
Incredible stay, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional service, fantastic food, and excellent facilities. Spa treatments were the cherry on top. Absolutely devastated the hotel is closing as would have loved to return.

Just OK
Our stay at Fusion resort was not as good as we expected, mostly due to the service. The staff was very nice but the service was not that of a five star resort. Before we arrived, we were asked to check in online to make the check in process smoother (we thought this was great), but when we arrived, we were asked to check in again, and the process was extraordinarily slow. We were then told to wait at the restaurant until our room was ready and once we finished eating, we waiting over 30 minutes and spoke to four people before we were able to find someone to help us check in. Every time we ordered a meal at the restaurant our drinks arrived after our appetizers. There were not many beach chairs available so we often had to wait for someone to get up before we had a chair we could use. The system of WhatsApp, plus their app was confusing and meant we spent a lot of time navigating different communications systems. I thought The spa was lovely and highly recommend it.

Excellent and beautiful resort with lots of space
We stayed in this beautiful resort for 5 nights. There’s a very large beach area with hardly any other hotels along the coastline which makes you feel like you have the beach to yourself. We enjoyed having sundowners at the beach bar and loved our own pool at our villa. Excellent breakfast for all tastes. Friendly staff. We’ll be back soon.

Great Pool and beach, awesome Villa, peaceful and tranquil. Amazing attentive reception and restaurant and spa staff who are available and extremely well trained. Delightful gorgeous spa Cons: Open your restaurants and bars. The resort was full during our stay no reason for limited restaurant or bars. If you’re going to close the beach bar then clean the area around it. We had to ask for a manager to come out to the beach get a snorkel and mask when none were in use, attendant told us firmly no when we requested it. Furthermore we had to call reception for him to come out and provide chair pads and towels - what you’re doing is getting lazy during mid-week and then ramping service up for the “weekend” rush. That’s garbage, service levels should be maintained 7 days a week. Informed in advance we were coming there for our honeymoon and didn’t get so much as a congratulations - that’s simply awful. A room upgrade is usually offered for such an occasion. It is for this reason that we shall never return to Fusion Resorts.

Fusion is the most incredible resort we have ever stayed at. The villas are gorgeous, clean, and so comfortable. The food is amazing, the views are beautiful, and the resort is quiet and relaxing. Everyone on the staff is so kind, especially our personal Fusionista Jorge. He really helped make our stay a five star experience. We will definitely be returning some day!

beautiful oasis hidden gem. location is far from busy city center just fyi but it provides so much peaceful and quiet hide out environment. The staffs are friendly and polite. the room is beautiful and customers could book many daily complimentary activities provided by the hotel.

Superb throughout!
Just returned from 10 nights at this superb resort. Absolutely nothing negative to say as the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff are amazing and so polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The villa was excellent with the great outside space as well as the spacious interior. Beach and pool areas are immaculate and the food at the restaurants superb. The spa offers great treatments. Would love to return next year.

2nd stay in this property, overall happy with the level of service, except the SPA booking which is very difficult to achieve at your preferred timing. Also, we did not like the fact that both restaurants are too dark in the evening. You can't see the food you eat!

Nice resort and will come again
Staffs are very nice , start from pick up , check in else. our villa are located near Reception and beach, which is very convenience, as we can walk rather then call the golf cart to pick up. Spa was inclusive , we can enjoy it everyday.

Great start with air conditioning van with WiFi to take you to property. Check-in was ok though later saw that we were not offered beverage and towels as other guests were. Room is massive and comfortable though ours was not as clean as we would have liked. Nice yard with little pool to jump into each morning to start the day. Property is vary spacious and comfortable pool with great pool service. Flew a kite on the beach while Enjoying sunset cocktails from friendly staff. Enjoyed room service twice though not a nice site to wake up to last nights plates still outside and rotting. Thought the tip line on bills tacky especially as it’s no a tipping culture. Spa concept is nice but felt like a cattle farm being herded. Towels stained and dirty. Service team slightly rude and talking amongst each other almost mocking guests. Our services were disappointing except for heel cucumber treatment. This was our 2nd hotel in Phu Quoc and service level left much to be desired. We constantly felt like breakfast team was unhappy and calls to front desk were not effective nor was the idea of the app which had no response or 20 minute response time. A plus was renting a scooter directly from front desk. I was most excited about this property but left feeling slightly disappointed.

Simply perfect
The best hotel I have stayed in, it was perfect from the quiet location with private beach through to the staff who were exceptional. I've never seen hospitality like it before and the spa treatments were excellent. Even though there aren't many sun beds, there were always a number free to use regardless of what time you got to the pool or the beach. I would highly recommend staying here, especially as a couple like we were. The staff were the biggest highlight, they were all so welcoming and polite, you are treated like royalty

Fantastic hotel. The reality is even better than the photos suggest. Spacious villas with excellent facilities and privacy to make it feel secluded. Pool and beach also excellent. Definitely recommend.

The view is very good. There’s a private beach which could see sunset view and is very clean with smooth sands. We enjoyed two spa everyday (don’t expect more than two as always full booking). The room is big and clean. The staff are very nice but not everyone could speak English well. No restaurants are nearby except taking 20 mins to other districts. Overall experience was good and will choose this hotel again next time.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. It is immaculate. The villas are very spacious and we felt very comfortable here. Cleaners visit your villa twice a day. The beach and pool area are also beautiful and the best sunsets I have ever seen.

Amazing resort!
The resort is absolutely beautiful! The only criticism I have is that the bed could be softer. The private pool is stunning and the beach and sea is amazing. Another thought would be that they could write down the appointment times for the spa treatments. Maybe put the scheduled times on to the tv channels on the resort channel
