Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. First time to Vietnam and booked different Hotel nearby but after one night we moved to The Oriental Jade Hotel and that experience was awesome. The staff was very attentive and Bar had great view of Old Quarter from rooftop. I will be returning next time in Vietnam.

The hotel was very nice, it felt more luxurious than the price. My room was gorgeous, although the view was obstructed.
The staff and food were wonderful. I wish I had more than 1 night there, I did not get to enjoy the pool or spa.
