"They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and ..."
