Horrible experience. Checked right our after checking in. Room was under construction. Had no curtains, sink was not installed and laying on the counter, light fixture was taken apart and laying on the counter, cabinet doors were missing, fridge was disconnected and in the middle of the floor. Said they would approve a refund but haven't to date so I've paid for 2 nights and was in the room less than 5 minutes.

Omg.... this has absolutely been the worst hotel motel stay i have ever experienced in my 68 years of life on this ol earth.... one towel... no wash cloth... no floor mat in room... antique used second hand dresser. Blinds on the windows were inadequate and torn up... maintenance was less than desirable.... have no idea how Expedia would even have it listed as a place to stay... very very disappointed

I would not recommend staying at this property. No hot water. Bathroom door looked like it was kicked in. Was unable to close the door and lock it. TV did not work. Burnt holes in sheets. The walls are thin. Could hear the couple next store fighting. Sounded like they were in my room. I stayed a couple of hours and found another hotel to stay the night.

The room was not clean, the linen was filthy.

The room wasn't cleaned well. There was a cigarette butt on the air conditioner and a black stain where someone had repeatedly put out cigarettes in that spot. The trash hadn't been emptied. There was debris of some kind on the towels, and hair in the tub. The shower knob(s) were not attached and the shower was either scalding hot or ice bath cold. I booked a room with two beds, we got a room with one. (Expedia failed to notify about that.) We couldn't get clean towels on day 2 because they didn't have any. But, the guy working there was nice and a helpful as he could be.

The room type we booked (2 Queen beds + kitchen) was not available when we arrived. The property had no rooms with two beds available for two adults and offered no solution. The surrounding area also felt run‑down and uncomfortable, which made the situation even more concerning. We were forced to book another hotel at our own expense and did not stay here at all. Despite not providing the contracted room, the property refused to authorize a refund. Expedia eventually refunded us after escalation, but the hotel did not take responsibility for failing to provide the room we paid for. After reading other 1‑star reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident — several guests have reported the same issues with room types not being honored and refunds being denied. Travelers should be aware of this pattern before booking.

Flying into Phoenix as my brother was transitioning through hospice. Needed a close place to stay to be with home. Hotel info stated to call for a late check in/ after 10pm. I called 5 times throughout the day left messages and NEVER received a return call!!!! I have no time to deal with poor communication at this time so we never even wasted our time checking in. I better not be charged 1 penny for this.
