Parking on the side of the building was ok. There were a number of people living in vehicles around the back though. The room hasn’t been updated since 1983, but the pillows were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and very clean. The property as a whole was pretty dismal and not at all like the pictures. Definitely not a 4-star property as listed on Expedia.

The entire hotel is in need of repair. And the evening manager needs remediation in customer service. The furniture in the lobby is run down and soiled. The first room they gave us was dirty, smelly, the safety lock was broken, and the lights did not work. There was a large bug in the toilet.. The second room was ADA, but just as neglected. The manager sent a "maintenance" person to inspect the room and told her to flush the toilet. Maintenance said the room smelled because the carpet was dirty. The third room was run down and the shower ceiling was decrepit. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The desk person was embarrassed for us. The best I can say is that the linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was beyond horrible. It reeked of years old cigarette and pot smoke and was quite filthy. Burn stains on the walls, torn up carpet, I felt dirty just standing in it. One bed was rock hard, the other was lumpy and seemed to be broken. Perhaps the other rooms are nicer, or at least less horrible, but that’s not the one I got.

They did not provide a room for us. We were forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute after travelling all day. The attendant was rude and basically told we have no room and that expedia never booked the room. If I could give this establishment a negative score I would. I will be expecting a full refund and at the minimum a free night stay from expedia

There were so very many inadequacies! Where to start? Pool was not cleaned nor heated. Hot tub did not work. These are not listed in order of importance: no hair dryer in room and they couldn’t find me one, coffee - not enough made each morning. People were waiting a long time for more to be made. WiFi basically did not work. If we got on, we would get kicked off in a few minutes. No shampoo, conditioner or lotions or tissues in room. Room smelled like urine - pet or human - couldn’t tell. Bathroom door did not close tight. Only one remote control for 2 TV’s. I believe that in its day this was a lovely motel with suites. It has deteriorated terribly over the years. It should be fixed up, renovated, upgraded, etc. and then you could charge more rent.

Spacious room with a nice additional living area and sofa. Good location, plenty of parking, and a nice swimming pool. However, the internet wasn’t working, one elevator was out of service and the other under maintenance at checkout. Bathroom amenities were minimal (only soap), no coffee machine in the room, and complimentary coffee at reception ended too early @ 7:30 am. Overall, comfortable stay but amenities could be improved.

Staff was courteous and room was basically clean but very tired. There were rips in the wallpaper, bare spots in the carpet (could see the wood underneath), broken faucet in bathtub, phone in the room was without receiver or connection. Slider latch was broken, it appeared someone tried to fix it with a block of wood but couldn't open slider (to get to balcony) or close it. There was a gap that allowed bugs and sound from the very noisy and busy street to come in all night long. Pool was dirty.

This Motel 6 needs a lot of work. Broken lamps, holes in rug, no bedspreads, no TV in bedroom. Handle on tub was broken so you could only shower. I think this must be a spring break hotel and visitors ruin the rooms, which are not repaired. I did appreciate the refrigerator and microwave, which both worked!

Just awful. There are people living in this motel and they were loud at all hours of the night. A car was parked right outside the window blasting music at 5am. Had to call the police. Worst motel I've ever stayed at.

Our room was less than ideal, we drove from California and decided to book for the above average reviews and did not receive that. The non smoking room had a cigarette butt in between the screen door that led to the patio, that also has a ripped hole in it. Writing on the bed frame, walls and furniture, the ac not working in an already stuffy room, waterpressure not working and also being antagonized by other residents were not great either. The only thing that made it a decent stay was the beds and sheets were clean, other than that the stay was not amazing.

Misinformation and false advertising as far as I'm concerned. The room decor is extremely dated, beds are very hard, and the heat was stuck on even though it was 72 outside. The pool and hot tub are closed because they flood the lower level rooms. Continental breakfast does not exist as they do not have a kitchen to prepare anything, nor seating if they carried anything in. We looked to go elsewhere but everything was booked. Our 2nd night brought fights in the parking lot, security alarms going off, police were called twice. Elevators do not work and we were on the 3rd floor. This is a trap house, not a motel. The only positive experience we had was with the overnight front desk staff who were very understanding and helped they best they could.
