Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. My only complaint is not their fault. Large group that stayed for a baseball event took over the amenities. The hot tub became a swimming pool for a bunch of kids, so we were forced out. The only 4 top table was taken over by a bunch of kids who needed the charging ports to watch iPads while they ate, our family of four had to eat separately. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel and the beds were very comfortable.

Got early check in and late check out, we were stranded due to our airline going out of business. Complimentary cold water to drink. Staff was very accommodating. Just lovely.

I don't like to sugar coat. Check in was not great. I was on a scooter and i had to go back to desk 3 times because key would not work. Finally, on the 3rd try the manager came down because he didn't believe me. He tried and of course didn't work. He said the battery was dead. So he replaced it and got us in, but keys still didn't work. Went out for a couple hours and came back to get keys and it still took 4 tries to get it to work. Then, we felt like we couldn't leave because we wouldn't be able to get back in. I like the motel. Beds are very comfortable. We have stayed at this motel many times and will again, but hope they get door locks fixed. This is the reason for a 3. I wish we would have gotten a new room.

Antonio was so nice and very helpful. He had a rough day as they had an emergency and something happened so there was no hot water. He made me aware of that beforehand and was very courteous. They were working on the problem all evening. I told him it was fine and we would keep our reservation. My daughter had just had surgery so that is why we were staying. He made sure we were comfortable.

Good for a quick stay
Staff was pleasing at check-in. Rooms were comfortable but a little unsettling with the yellow and blue paint. Fridge worked but temp was preset a little higher than I'd like. TV reception was pixel filled. Good breakfast with variety of hot and cold foods. Great spot for me on a one-night stay. Any longer and I think some little things such as lack of any place to hang a towel near shower and the pump soap would begin to grate. Good location

Hi Michael,Thank you however ours rooms are painted a light shade of gray with white ceilings and blue accept wall. There is no yellow anywhere in our hotel. We stayed here while moving our son from California to his first apartment for college. It was close and convenient to his place. The hotel itself was just ok. The property seemed safe. The hallways had a bad smell and our room was just ok. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked when we arrived. There was a film on the floors and marks you could tell weren’t mopped very good or with a dirty mop. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom and it was hard to breathe in such a small area with all the steam from a shower which then billowed out into the room and made everything moist. All in all it was just ok. I would stay there again if I had to but with so many other options literally on the same street I would probably try somewhere else even if it cost a little more.

Hi, and thank you for helping our hotel improve. My only question is if the room was as you stated, then why did you check out and then check back in again to the same room. We did not receive any complaints from you or anyone in the room, so we wouldn't know if there was something you did not like and we would have moved you immediately. For future stays at any hotel please always contact front desk if there is something worng or you do not like
