They said my prepaid Expedia reservation was invalid and I filed a complaint with Expedia and am still waiting for my refund!!!! The customer service at hotel was very rude to me and Expedia has not got back to me with my refund status????? They would not give me a room because they said my reservation booking was fraudulent
