I wish they would give you a deal for like, book 3 nights get 1 Buffett meal free or something. I love the resort and we go almost every year, I just hate that everything is extra, oh that’ll be extra, nothing seems to be complementary which sucks especially considering we pay quite a lot booking 3 nights. Staff must’ve forgotten to clean/ stock our room this time. Overall it was a good stay. I’d stay much longer if they decided to throw in some meal packages. That’s a big deal when you have a family of 5 staying several nights.

We have stayed before and had enjoyed our stay. So I was very surprised to be so disappointed this time. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no where to park, the room didn’t have fitted sheets on the bed, dust in the rooms, the mini fridge didn’t work. One of the two phones in our room didn’t work at all and was left unplugged, the second one only worked on speaker only and was sticky like it had syrup all over it and never cleaned. The one morning I tried to call for room service, no one would answer, and at one point it was clear the phone was picked up and immediately hung back up. The staff at the oasis were very kind and helpful, as well as those at the check in desk and valet…the rest of our interactions were not great. Definitely will not be staying again for the price.

Parking wasn't the greatest, food insight was ridiculously expensive, the pools were overly crowded & very noisy. I didn't like the disrespectful guests & all the drinking, partying, jumping & smoking at the main pool. But it was a nice property & our room was nice & cool. Overall the room was clean, tv was very dusty & inside fridge & safe was dirty & baseboards in the room could use a good cleaning, but we enjoyed our weekend there!

Parking can be a bit crowded. No microwave in room. The lobby restaurant was a bit over priced and the food was a hit or miss but the room was very nice and clean. The pools were clean as well. Service was amazing from all staff. Will definitely come back but try to eat outside the resort next time.

Overall, our stay was great. The Oasis was awesome. The day bed rental was totally worth it to ensure seating all day with shade and service. The rooms are definitely outdated and we didn't have any chairs on our balcony which would have been nice. The complimentary shuttle around the property is a little slow, but overall it was great for the price paid.
