Great property for the price point. The tub in the bedroom was a lil 1980’s but no need to use it. Would definitely stay again.

This property was very nice. The one thing is this property has no breakfast options there is a Mexican restaurant that is very near the property has a bar.

Yes we have that policy in place due to too many towels coming up missing. We have to keep track of them unfortunately.

Check in was OK. However, after a very long day, we were locked out of our room as the key card would not work, went to front desk and was given replacements, those did not work a she plugged in the incorrect room, third attempt still did not work, called maintenance to let us know, did not show, went back to front desk at which time he finally showed up

Likes: convenient location to downtown Scottsdale, large parking lot, nice pool area, friendly and professional staff Dislikes: old facility in need of serious updating, noisy equipment (weird buzzing noise outside our room most of the time we were there), first floor walkways smelled strongly of urine

My room had a space between carpet and tile going to bathroom. The carpet strip was exposed and cut my foot up pretty good! Was bleeding and painful for a few days

Just a friendly reminder that the front desk is open 24 hours a day and there is always someone there so if anything like this happens it will be dealt with.

Had the perfect view of the pond across the street and pool area was nice and clean! Room was clean and loved the jacuzzi bathtub. The key card would be a struggle sometimes unlocking the door, but otherwise had no problem with the place. 9/10 would recommend.

Reported issue of tub drain being clogged. Never resolved over the 3-night stay. Opened snacks (chip bags, cookies, crackers) left in the kitchen. Dirty Q-tip left on the dresser.

Old keycard system with cards that easily demagnetize requiring multiple trips to the office. Room was clean but had strong odor of cleaning solution. Fair for quick overnight stop.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. We thought the bed was comfortable, pillows were fresh. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The property had many fun activities and pool areas. We did think some of the property game areas could be cleaned up a bit, I don’t think they were used often such as horseshoes and putting area. The multiple pools were wonderful however could have been cleaned better as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

This is a great place to stay and great value for the cost. It is clean and pretty and has daily cleaning service with a made bed and clean towels. The staff was helpful.

I got the room with the jetted tub, which was tucked in the corner of the room. It was very spacious for one person but a little cramped for two, still nice to relax in it. The housekeeping staff was very nice when I needed a couple of things. I did wish there was coffee in the lobby, but really have no complaints. Its not a fancy hotel, but it was reasonably priced, clean, free parking, and they had what I wanted which was the jetted tub, I was happy with my choice and so was my wallet.

The property is definitely older. The rooms showed wear and could have been cleaner. The staff was generally friendly. However, during our stay, they decided to turn off the water to the entire hotel and did not notify anyone first so when we were in the shower, all of a sudden there was no water. When we called the front desk about the lack of water, they said oh sorry it’ll be on in an hour. Incredibly inconvenient.
