Great location, value, rooms, and excellent & helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. It’s also just a short Grab ride to most of the main attractions — very convenient. The property itself shows a bit of age, and breakfast is served at a nearby location. The food was okay. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Overall, a simple and convenient place to stay.

A very nice, if small, hotel. It is really in the middle of the action with lots of choices for food and walkable to many of the sights, including the French Quarter and the Old Quarter. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are a bit tight but that is to be expected given the location. The rooms are also a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Recommended for a few days in Hanoi.

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Everything as advertised and excellent pre-arrival arrangements by Ms Jolene Do. Will definitely return. In-house spa experience was great too! Thank you to all staff.
