"A very comfortable room with everything I needed, was very clean and quiet. Good strong shower and a choice of pillows, plenty of space for unpacking and repacking. Helpful and friendly staff. Airport shuttle was on time, clean comfortable, bags were loaded for you and started with clear communication as to its service. Inhouse restaurant was surprisingly good with a big choice on the menu."

"First time we have used this particular Accor Hotel at Auckland Airport. Have always been a fan of Accor and was an Accor Club member which I think was called Platinum and was a paid membership that reduced eating and drinking costs, free nights, etc. So my expectations were high and I am happy to report they were also met. "The place is perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were very helpful. We like the food (both dinner - Castaway Market fish, chocolate decadent and breakfast buffet). We can't get enough to enjoy the beautiful sunset from our villa. We will come back with our friends and family 😊 . Hopefully, next time there will be a restaurant at the villas and some activities in the resort."

"The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel. This was very spacious bedroom with a very large bathroom. The amenities are in a small kitchen area shared with two other rooms. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and fun."
